Mystery helps fuel Coffeeza, a new coffee brand for India

We love our coffee at Mystery and are privileged to have recently worked on the branding, identity and packaging design for Coffeeza, a fantastic new Indian premium coffee brand, already a top seller on Amazon.

Founded by serious coffee lover and entrepreneur, Rahul Aggarwal, Coffeeza aims to take premium, accessible coffee to the Indian market.  Having studied coffee trends around the world, Rahul identified the needs of an emerging coffee market in his native India.

Finally, in 2018, after much soul-searching and countless cups of coffee, he took a leap of faith to launch his own premium single-serve coffee brand for discerning coffee lovers.

“I’ve always admired entrepreneurs and was very keen to start my own business and be an entrepreneur myself”, said Rahul.  “The turning point came when I turned 30 and re-evaluated my life’s options – either to continue ‘wishing’ or finally ‘take the plunge’. Luckily, I chose the latter and being an avid coffee-drinker, the decision to launch a coffee start-up happened quite naturally.”

Rahul was looking for a good branding agency that could help develop a strong foundation for his brand and admired our structured approach, which always starts with a positioning exercise, to ensure every brand has a clear direction.

Following this initial positioning exercise, we created everything from brand strategy and naming, to identity design, marketing collateral and product packaging for the dynamic new premium coffee brand.

“I really enjoyed working with the Mystery team,” said Rahul. “They came up with some great designs that were spot on for our requirement to create a distinctive and memorable brand. I wouldn’t change anything about the process. Everything has gone to plan so far and I’m really proud of my product and seeing my dream become a reality.”

Coffeeza is already doing really well in the Indian market and becoming a firm favorite of style conscious instagrammers.  Its products are top sellers on Amazon and now available throughout India at Foodhall Stores (part of ‘Future Retail’ - India’s largest retailer).
