Mystery’s latest innovative casual dining concept has taken contemporary European café lifestyle to Kazakhstan, with the launch of The Crêpe Café, a modern classic crêperie in the heart of the rapidly modernising Kazakh capital, Astana.
Booming Kazakhstan has a hunger for modern, European style cuisine and western dining trends, and the Crêpe Café concept has been specifically developed for the aspirational, fashionable and family oriented demands of Astana, serving classic French savoury and sweet crêpes with a Kazakhstan twist. Using high quality sourced ingredients and positioned at an affordable price point, it is designed to attract local residents and is already developing a loyal fan-base of daily regulars.
Aimed predominantly at a family market, the contemporary space includes a kids’ counter - a mini version of the main counter - that encourages children to finish off making their crêpes with help from parents and staff.
Another fun design feature to encourage social media engagement are table-mat selfie frames that motivate customers to share branded selfies or food pictures on Instagram and Facebook.
