Spotting the gap in the market for a high-street café chain that serves gourmet teas, coffee, sandwiches and salads, entrepreneurs Claire and Nigel Harvey decided to start their own.
Mystery worked strategically to define the name and brand positioning for Butternut Kitchen Café before designing this characterful identity, fun graphics and wholesome interior scheme for the pilot site. Expecting a 'soft' launch, the owners were surprised and delighted to be busy from day one of trading!
