Mystery is a Brand Design Agency which means
that we thoroughly investigate and analyse the attributes
of your brand and how you want to be perceived by your target
audience BEFORE we start on the graphic design of the marketing
materials themselves.
Mystery’s Brand Positioning Exercise is
a method for defining a company’s point of difference
and is a vital and interesting part of our design process.
It is this proven methodology of thoughtful analysis in partnership
with our clients that makes our resulting brand identities
and marketing communications design so effective. It also
ensures that our clients are fully involved throughout the
design process and they always find it very stimulating.
We take a ‘values-based’ approach
as well as looking at the products/service or offering. In
the same way that all people are different, the values that
guide and drive each company make up a unique picture of a
brand personality. It is this ‘personality’ that
the customer identifies and connects with. (ie: through our
cover-art designs, we aim to promote ‘Trojan Records’
as the ‘legendary Jamaican reggae label’. Its
core value is ‘authenticity’.)
